  Register up to 10 of your customer’s phone numbers into your corporate vive.com online account. Your vive.com corporate account also allows you to assign speed dial to each one of the 10 phone numbers in your corporate account.

  • Simply enter your Customer’s number online

  • Assign any number from 1–10 to the phone number

  • Press * and the assign speed dial number (1–10)

  • Our system will contact your customer’s number automatically without you having to enter the entire phone number

   

• PERSONAL SETTINGS
  

  Personalize your account settings by logging into your online account with your unique PIN number.

   

• AUTO RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT
  

  Use your unique PIN to set up your Auto Recharge feature will provide you with the convenient of never running out of minutes while on the phone. Set up an automatic recharge on your account to be replenished when it reaches ¥200 (Japanese Yen) or R$5,00 (Brazilian Reais) or 50 THB (Thailand Baht).
